Any undamaged item that is not a custom order can be exchanged for 14 days. Customer pays for return shipping insured at full purchase amount as items will not be credited to account until they are received in acceptable condition. Any items lost in postage will be responsibility of the sender as well as insurance filing. Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt to begin the exchange process.
Due to their nature, custom orders or any item that has been customized are regrettably excluded. Items with inflicted damage are not returnable.
